What is VCV English?

VCV English is the use of VCV to synthesize English. Once thought impossible, this use of VCV has seen a resurgence in 2016― and for the first time, full VCV English voicebanks have been completed. Please keep in mind that this guide pertains specifically to SRS's method of VCV English.
